Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through LuniPay (powered by Stripe).

Currency

All transactions are processed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD). Your bank may apply foreign transaction fees if your card is issued outside Jamaica.

Payment Security

We do not store your card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately at maisondeluxeja@gmail.com or @shop.maisondeluxe. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Options

  • Direct Delivery — Kingston & St. Andrew: $700 JMD.
  • Direct Delivery — Portmore & Spanish Town: $1,000 JMD.
  • Knutsford Express: $300 JMD + $700 Knutsford fee at branch. All parishes except St. Thomas.

Processing Time

Orders processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive email updates at each stage.

Delivery Timeframes

Direct deliveries within 1–3 business days. Knutsford subject to their standard transit times.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours at maisondeluxeja@gmail.com.

Patch Test Required

Before first use, apply a small amount inside your wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
